OVIU is fully aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our localized architecture satisfies GDPR principles of data minimization and privacy-by-design natively.
2. Right to Erasure (Be Forgotten)
OVIU processes cycle intelligence locally on your device, storing only encrypted backups linked to your account for restore purposes. You exercise your right to erasure immediately and autonomously by deleting your account or clearing your local application storage.
3. Data Portability
You maintain the right to export all metrics collected in a standard, machine-readable format (.json or .csv) directly from the application's account interface, ensuring complete mobility of your biometric records.
4. Data Minimization & Consent
We only collect parameters necessary to render cycle intelligence profiles. Waitlist registration requires explicit, double opt-in consent, and emails are used solely for waitlist status communication.
