1. Platform Purpose & Nature of Services
OVIU is a Cycle Intelligence platform designed to provide cognitive, energy, and pattern predictions based on historical indicator trends (such as your Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulation, and Luteal phases). We provide metrics like "Rhythm Age" to help you understand your personal biological baseline over time.
2. Strict Medical Disclaimer
OVIU is not a medical device, a clinical diagnostic tool, or a contraceptive method. Our predictions and Apple HealthKit integrations are strictly for personal self-discovery and wellness tracking. You must not rely on OVIU to prevent pregnancy, diagnose medical conditions, or dictate medical treatments. Always consult a qualified clinical specialist for health concerns.
3. Early Access & Beta Testing
By joining our waitlist or participating in our Early Access program, you acknowledge that you are testing beta software. Platform components, prediction algorithms, and visual features may be modified, added, or removed without notice. We provide these early versions strictly "as is" for feedback and stress-testing purposes.
4. Data Ownership & Hardware Sandboxing
You maintain absolute ownership of your biological data. Because OVIU utilizes on-device computation via local sandbox architectures, we do not possess, license, or host your health data on our servers. You grant us no license to use your cycle data, because we never see it.
5. Intellectual Property
While you own your data, OVIU retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform itself. The user interface designs, custom 3D glass assets, fluid animations, Rhythm Age algorithms, predictive machine learning models, and the OVIU branding are the exclusive intellectual property of OVIU. Unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, or copying of these assets is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVIU and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, or any reliance placed on its Cycle Intelligence predictions.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, excluding conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
